We’re Back and This Time, We’re Clearer
It’s been a while since we last connected here.
And if you’ve ever felt lost or disconnected from yourself, then you understand why this moment matters.
Sometimes life pulls us away from who we truly are. Responsibilities, expectations, transitions, silent battles - they can slowly blur our sense of self. And finding your way back isn’t dramatic.
It’s quiet.
It’s layered.
It takes time.
But today, we’re not just back.
We’re stronger. Clearer. More grateful than ever.
And as we return, we’re carrying something special with us, our ongoing Gratitude Vlog on Instagram and TikTok, now on Day 61.
What started as a simple practice has become a powerful journey of rediscovery and we would love for you to join us.
Losing Yourself and Finding Your Way Back
Life doesn’t always go according to plan. There are seasons when we lose sight of who we are, what excites us, what anchors us, what makes us feel alive.
I know that feeling intimately.
There were days when I felt like a quieter version of myself. Present, but not fully connected. Moving, but not entirely grounded.
But here’s what I’ve learned: losing yourself isn’t the end. It’s an invitation.
An invitation to rebuild.
To reassess.
To become.
Here’s what helped me find my way back:
Reflection - Pausing long enough to ask honest questions. What truly matters? What feels aligned?
Patience - Understanding that rediscovery is not instant. It unfolds.
Support - Leaning into people and spaces that nurture growth.
Gratitude - Choosing to see what is still good, even in small, ordinary moments.
The journey hasn’t been easy. But it has been worth it.
This daily gratitude practice has become a powerful tool for strengthening mental wellness and emotional resilience.
The Power of Gratitude in Everyday Life
Gratitude shifts your lens.
It doesn’t erase challenges, it reframes them.
When we focus intentionally on what we appreciate, life feels fuller. Relationships feel richer.
Even hard seasons feel more purposeful.
Our Gratitude Vlog began as something personal - a daily moment of pause. A simple acknowledgment of what was still good.
What we didn’t expect was how it would grow into a shared experience.
Each day, we post a short reflection, sometimes about rest, sometimes about resilience, sometimes about food, softness, showing up or simply breathing.
Now, 61 days in, something beautiful has happened:
People are reflecting more.
People are sharing more.
People are noticing more.
And that matters.
Gratitude builds positivity.
It strengthens resilience.
It deepens connection.
It grounds us in the present.
If you’re feeling disconnected or simply want more intentional living, start small.
• Write down three things you’re grateful for each day.
• Tell someone what you appreciate about them.
• Set a reminder to pause and breathe.
• Notice the ordinary - sunlight, silence, a warm meal.
• Reflect weekly on what has shifted in you.
Small practices. Powerful impact.
Over time, you won’t just feel different.
You’ll see differently.
Coming back here has reminded me of a few truths:
It’s okay to pause.
Authenticity builds deeper connection.
Consistency shapes transformation.
Community makes the journey lighter.
And gratitude strengthens us for whatever comes next.
This space moving forward will be one of honesty, encouragement and shared growth.
Not perfection.
Not pressure.
Just presence.
If you’re searching for ways to find yourself again or strengthen your mental wellness, this journey may be exactly what you need.

This isn’t just a return.
It’s a reset.
A recommitment.
A reminder that losing yourself is not failure, it’s the beginning of becoming.
And we’re becoming, gently.
Welcome back 💛
it's me
